Deedee's Digis Sponsoring the Outlawz CAS Challenge


Today Deedee's Digis is sponsoring the Outlawz CAS Challenge and they are looking for cards showing the mode of transport you'd use to travel to see friends and family for Christmas.

New Julia Spiri Challenge - Altered Art

For my project, I've altered a little notebook - I took off the original cover and made a new cover out of patterned card.  I used the digi stamp 'Ballerina' which you can find here in Julia's Etsy shop.  I've also added pearls and a die cut flower.

Little Claire Class Card - The Bees Knees Stamp Set


We had another great Little Claire day of classes here on the Wirral yesterday - a big thank you to everyone who came along!  The classes are always a lot of fun and there was plenty of laughter during the day!!

The card I'm sharing is from last month's class.  I used the brand new 'Bees Knees' stamp set for all the class cards and now that the set has been added to the website here, I can start sharing the cards.  The ladies who came to my class were the first to see the set before it appeared online.

For my card, I've used the 'Acorn Shaped Card Template' which is here on the store website.  I cut the main shape out of kraft card and then the top from dark brown card.  I've added a computer generated sentiment with a quotation about autumn.

Imagine That Digis By Kris - Inspiration Post


Today I'm sharing a card I was asked to make recently for someone moving to a new job.  

As soon as I was asked to make a floral card, I thought of this digi - it's called 'Queen Anne's Lace' and is available here on the Imagine That website.  It's my favourite of all the beautiful floral images on the website and I've used it several times before.

For this card I used the pre-coloured image - it's an 8 by 8 card with a scalloped edge and an embossed dot background.
